Adolescence is a remarkable period of brain development and is often referred to as “a second window of opportunity”. Dr. Robbin Gibb, Neuroscience Professor at the University of Lethbridge, will share Building Brains' local research study designed to improve the development of executive functions in adolescents by improving brain plasticity and resilience through play.
