Adolescent Game Cards
These Building Brains Together (BBT) Adolescent Executive Function Play Curriculum Game Cards contain instructions on how to play ten different games and what skills are exercised. This curriculum was designed and researched with the goal of building adolescent executive functions in an engaging, pro-social and relationship-building format - namely, through play! These executive functions (EF) are important cognitive skills that support adolescents’ ability to navigate their academic, social and familial worlds. These skills broadly include working memory, inhibition, cognitive flexibility and self-regulation and can be practiced and built playing the BBT Adolescent EF Play Curriculum games. (Cards are 3 ¼ x 6 ¼ inches)
